A proper know-how for Machining Transmission Components, Gear Blanks for automotive IC engines as well as electric cars, heavy trucks and busses has helped us to be a preferred suppliers as a Tier II vendor to most of the leading automotive companies and Auto parts suppliers. The quality parameters are stringent due to the availability of proper trained people and the right measuring tools.
Machined Components required for Oil and Gas companies are also being machined in-house.
We actively participate in Kaizen competitions and have implemented Poka-Yoke which has made us more productive and reduced re-work and rejections below the required PPM.
